How to measure
Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Care
- Machine wash on a cold wool cycle.
- Do not use bleach or softener.
- Do not iron or tumble dry.
- Reshape whilst damp.
- Hang dry when possible.
- Pilling (bobbling) is natural in knitted fabrics, to help avoid this; wash inside-out with other knitwear.

I love the loose fit and thick knit style, it feels well made and like it can stand up to the elements. Definitely the coziest sweater I have on hand now! I ordered a size small, am 5’6” and it fits very loose, but that’s the style! Will be looking to buy more!

I really wanted to love this sweater. For the price, the material is itchy and weird. Not like any other sweater I have. I don’t think I’ll be able to wear it because of the texture. The sweater also runs very large. I’m a true medium, and this sweater fits like a L or XL. The neckline is stretched out, so it looks way too big, not just that “oversized look” that is advertised. I live in the US, so I’m unable to return, otherwise I would.

Thanks for your purchase and we're so sorry to hear that the jumper was not quite right for you this time around. It is made from a mixed blend that does contain a minimal amount of wool, though some folks may be quite sensitive to even a small percentage of wool. The jumper is designed to be a boxier fit so it will be slightly oversized unfortunately, though we recommend on the product page to size down for a closer fit. We do our best to include measurement charts so that it can give you an idea of which size may be best, and we do hope that this can be of use in the future.

This is a good quality sweater. A little itchy but also HUGE!! I'm usually a M-L in sweaters and the medium is giant on me. I'm in the US so can't really exchange or return which is a bummer.
