Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I love my fleece hoody. It's nice and snug and super cosy. Ideal for when I've been sea swimming but also great for anytime. I can't take it off!

I can wear this on its own and it's much warmer than other thin fleeces I own. I am an 8-10 size and I got a small, and it fits underneath my coat and isn't tight. Love the sherpa fleece and warmth, and the hood it s good size.

I'm a large 10 small 12 so got a medium. Its nice and roomy. Super cozy..lush quality..... love it. Love the front pouch pocket too.
