I’m really disappointed in the customer service that I received. My sleep sack was supposed to arrive on May 6. I reached out to customer support and they said that it’s not considered lost until after 21 days. I had the post office research it and it says it doesn’t even look like it shipped. They said a label was created and that’s as far as it has gotten. I ordered on April 26, it’s May 12. Would have never ordered if I knew it took this long to receive.

It arrived quickly and was packaged well, but I can't get rid of the fish odor. It fits well and I love how warm and comfy it is, but the smell is off-putting. I think it will go away eventually.
