Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

The jacket is incredible and I was waiting patiently for it for a little bit. Then it arrived and was a too big. Very big bummer as the return/exchange process is going to cost me a pretty penny.
