How to measure
Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I second all the reviews bellow. It is a nice jacket, would benefit on side pockets.
As for the size, I'm between 12 and 14 UK, M size sits nicely, even with a hoody under.
