How to measure
Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Elle taille cependant très large. Si vous ne souhaitez un effet pas trop over size, prenez une taille en-dessous de votre taille habituelle.

I've read the review and knew what to expect (no lining and size).
I'm between 12-14 UK, 160cm and bought M. It sits as an oversize jacket.
Size S would probably be better.
