Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

The jacket looks nice, better than expected according to my wife. Feels warm and nice, a bit short in the arms for me, but not enough to matter. Haven't had a chance to test it in colder conditions yet, so I can't speak to the quality or expected comfort, but first impression is good.

I'm 5'8 and 80kg I ordered the M and it fit great. Enough room for some layers under and well made. Haven't tested the warmth or water resistant properties but suspect it will hold up well.

Well made. I'm 5"8 and 81kg, the M fits great with enough room for a hoodie underneath. Arm length is also good and has decent flexibility. Would be nice to see lower side button / zip to add more flexibility when sitting (or something similar)
