Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

It's light, and compact. Great to stop wind chill. It will take a shower without problems. Very warm but light enough when a large coat is too much.
I love the fact its made from recycled ocean rubbish especially as I'm a channel swimmer, it's important to keep our oceans clean. ♻️ is 100% the way to go and to be responsible. Plus to top it all, you plant a tree for every article bought. WIN WIN!
