I've had this bag a few weeks now. I do like it but the pockets seriously let it down.

So this bag has a total of 3 zipped pockets - one on the front, one on flap and a mesh pocket on the inside front.
The front outer pocket looks like it might be great, but it is very tight. I can fit 3 things in it and it's a struggle to get them out when the bag is full. The pocket on the flap is ok, but it's a bit too accessible that it's a bit of a security risk for the things you would want to grab quickly. The inside front pocket is at the bottom to about halfway up. It's a decent size, but once you've loaded it, it's tricky to put much into the bottom of the bag. And once you have filled the bag, it's impossible to get to that pocket without removing all your stuff. Such a simple fix for the front pocket to be wider and to include an upper pocket at the back inside the bag. I really dislike the laptop pocket too. Sad because it's a great bag otherwise, but it irritates me on a daily basis!
Oh, including an inside clip for keys, wallet etc. would've been a nifty feature too.
