Hunker down into fleece weather with good reads, a one-pot recipe, van-love and adventure. Nowhere Bound sounds about right.
1. Rod’s World, We’re Just Living In It
Mt. Hood → Oregon Coast, in Little Spruce
We hucked keys to Ambassador, Rod Trevino & co. Little Spruce went on a joyride out west, stretching its legs before the big US Comp winner reveal - midnight 27.10.24. Stateside roamers, get involved here.
2. One-Pot Veggie Stew
Hearty seasonal goodness. One for the long nights, cosy campouts and cold-handed folk. A simple one-pot veggie stew, proper food for the soul. PYO mushrooms, please forage responsibly.
3. An Island Off An Island
Home comforts, baked goods and serene visuals from Bruny; an island off the island of Tasmania, at the bottom end of Australia. Let’s take a leaf from the book of Jenene and John, well-trodden soil ain’t so bad.
4. How The Mitsubishi Delica Became A Cult Classic
A good read on why this Japanese import became the face of DIY adventure. Little Spruce’s older cousin, we can see the resemblance; it’s in the low-range 4WD system… how sweet.
5. Chasing Lighthouses
Alba Estela Morales, Escapologist and golden hour obsessive. She’s a big advocate for little adventures, a proper Roamer. When mapping out the Collective, we thought it only right to offer something big for those committed to the journey. A chance for community members to up sticks and explore further. So when Alba approached us with her idea of Chasing Lighthouses, we busted open the piggy bank and left space in the calendar to tell her story.
We thank Alba for her dedication to the Roamers Collective and to the roam. We hope her story inspires meaningful escapism in you; to go out there and find it… take the scenic route and embrace your journey. Wherever that might take you.
Go Further, Get More.
