For a backpack that costs almost £70 it's disappointing that they didn't test it to check it's good before selling. The straps won't stay on, you continuously have to pull them back through and after only having the bag a short time I've already had it fall off me twice because of the straps. It would be a good bag otherwise but I can't risk carrying any valuables in a bag that could drop at any moment

I absolutely love this backpack! I travel extensively for work and this backpack has absolutely changed the way I pack and has eased my travel significantly. The clamshell design makes packing a few days worth of clothes easy, and very accessible which helps me keep to a carryon and have plenty of necessities with my backpack and small suitcase of a week or more trip.
The ability to tuck in the straps and use as a handheld suitcase style also has been handy in flying.
The only improvement I would suggest, the straps often come loose, I am looking at adding a ring or knot of some kind to prevent. But other products I have had have something similar, maybe something could be added like a keyring style so straps could still be removed and tucked away, but aren't coming loose when taking the backpack on and off.

This bag is absolutely epic. Used as a flight cabin bag and day bag while adventuring around Croatia. Some many handy storage pockets with individual zipped compartments. Very accessible to grab all your essentials while on the go.
