I should have sized up to the 2XL, but the last time I bought a sweater in 2XL from Passenger it was way too big. This Shirt jacket is very warm and thick, it's not very flattering though for someone with hips, but that's not really my concern in the winter. I've worn it since Christmas as a light jacket over a hoodie and under my winter coat with my snow pants when sledding with my kids and was quite toasty in sub zero temps. It's very well made.
