Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I love this jacket. The pockets are fabulous for my phone and since you can drop it right in from above, there's little risk of it falling out of them. It's super lightweight with enough warmth for the PNW winters over a fleece. It packs down well in my backpack when it's warmer and has a generous cut to the fit. I got a size medium and for reference I'm 5'1" 160 lbs and quite round in the midsection. It's roomy enough to fit a fleece underneath. I will say the only thing to keep in mind is that the fabric is soft and is very snaggable. So on hikes this jacket can get tears if you're not careful.

Normal Large but wanted it more fitted so chose a Meduim. And fits perfectly!
