Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

My husband likes this very much. He says if he was being hype critical he would say the pockets are not quite in the right place and the cuffs are slightly loose but it doesn’t spoil the garment.
