We currently don't offer free returns outside of the UK, so return postage will need to be covered by yourself. We recommend using a tracked service for your own security, with delivery confirmation. Machine wash on a cold wool cycle.
Do not use bleach or softener.
Do not iron or tumble dry.
Reshape whilst damp.
Hang dry when possible.
Pilling (bobbling) is natural in knitted fabrics, to help avoid this; wash inside-out with other knitwear.

I really love this hat, the only thing for me is that I’m finding it a bit itchy. For me, it could do with a ring of fleece on the inside. I love the colours though, it’s really vibrant.
