The shoulder straps seams are annoying at the top of the back, below the neck, it seems to be very stiff, I can feel it especially when I wear it with a t-shirt. The secondary front pocket makes it difficult to get things out when the backpack is a bit full. On the other hand the volume is very good and the design is very nice.
