It worked perfectly as a personal item on my domestic flights and the side pockets hold the 32 oz hydroflask waterbottle well. I do wish the cinch straps on the sides were buckles but that is a personal preference. The deep sea color is beautiful and perfect for summer trips. Definitely recommend.
