Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.

Der Hoodie, den ich mir eher als Jacke geholt habe sitzt lässig und ist gemütlich. Ich finde das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz gerechtfertigt! Eine Schlaufe zum aufhängen wäre gut gewesen und für einen Hoodie finde ich den Preis recht hoch. Trotz alledem habe ich es für mich als Übergangsjacke behalten und finde sie gemütlich und den Look ganz cool.

I have been quite literally living in this sweatshirt.
It can be a jacket type outdoor layer, or an oversized cozy indoor layer.
I will be buying more in the other colors :)
It does run large in order to accommodate layering. The M was too baggy, the S was perfect.
I am 5’5” 145lbs 36C for reference.
